If the TIBCO Rendezvous client application running on a box with rvd/rvrd is using the same subject to send and receive, then there is no way to restrict it from receiving the same messages that it sent.
1). You could try to use different subject name for sending and receiving.
2). If it must send and listen on the same subjects, different service parameter for send and receive must be used.
3). TIBCO Messaging Appliance (TMA) supports this feature. From TMA Release 8.4.0 notes: ======= Access control lists (ACLs) are now available with the TIBCO Messaging Appliance P-7500. ACLs provide a security feature of the TIBCO Messaging Appliance P-7500. As a factory default, the ACL feature is disabled (locked). When enabled (unlocked), ACLs let you control access along these dimensions:
— the clients that may connect to the TIBCO Messaging Appliance P-7500 — the message subjects to which clients may subscribe — the message subjects to which clients may publish =======
