After a complete restart of BE inference agents and CS via TIBCO Administrator, the BE inference agents does not process the messages successfully.


Environment:

   o All OS

   o TIBCO BusinessEvents 3.x



Resolution:

After a complete restart, please check on the Cache Server logs, for phrase "Cache Cluster state 8", if the cache server logs does not show this message for a longer period of time, then please check for any zombie Cache Server or inference processes running on the machines where the application is deployed. If the analysis shows up any such processes please kill them manually and restart the Cache Server processes, and wait until the Cache Cluster State is 8, and then start the inference agents.
