Symptoms:

DBLoader based repository import is slow for SQL table data sources.

Cause:
=====

For file based data sources indexes are created on the DF_XXXXX_XXXXX table based on the &ltdata source>.idx file created in the $MQ_COMMON_DIR/&ltenterprise>/datasource directory. However, for SQL table based data sources no such indexes are created. The user has to manually create indexes on the SQL tables referenced in the data source to have better performance for DBLoader import.


Resolution:

The user has to manually create indexes on the SQL tables referenced in the data source to get better performance from the DBLoader import.
