Customers may need to generate SSH keys for use with their SSH servers and clients. One such tool that is used is puttygen, which is included in the free PuTTY utility. See: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/

BuinessConnect (BC) 5.2 and above
Resolution:

BC supports openssh and ssh.com formats (see Chapter 7 Security : SSHFTP Support in BusinessConnect - Private key formats). Using the puttygen tool, click on "Conversions" and then choose either "Export OpenSSH Key" or "Export ssh.com key" with or without passwords.
