TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) does not provide any out of the box features for a gradual migration from SonicMQ topics to EMS topics. TIBCO EMS and SonicMQ topics are two different JMS implementations and thus cannot communicate directly, so it is not possible to create a route among TIBCO EMS and SonicMQ.
You may either write your own custom adapter or contact TIBCO PSG (through your TIBCO account executive) to write one for you that connects to a provider, receives a message, and sends to the other provider.
