In RV 8.x, no sample ticket file is installed during installation of the product.
Environment: ===========

Symptoms: =========
A directory listing of the bin directory of the RV installation path does not show the tibrv.tkt file.
Cause: ======
With RV 8.x, the RV installer does not install a temporary ticket file. The license is available to customers via the product download page if they are entitled to have a permanent RV license.
Resolution: =========
1). Click on any 8.x+ version of the TIBCO Rendezvous Enterprise Daemon download at the TIBCO product download site (www.download.tibco.com). There will be a link called “TIBCO Rendezvous Enterprise Daemon License Information 1.0.0”. Download this Word document as it contains a permanent license for RV daemons.
Copy the keys from this Word document and paste it into your existing tibrv.tkt file or create a new text file (named tibrv.tkt) in the bin directory of the RV installation and paste these entries into it.
2). If you are not entitled to a permanent license, you could rename the file tibrvtkt.smp, which is located under <RV root>/bin to tibrv.tkt. This file contains a 60 minutes temporary ticket for the Rendezvous product.
