while trying to create publish event with schema P_A2S_ACTION_DISPATCH. Database is tibcoOracle. The database command is SELECT * FROM P_A2S_ACTION_DISPATCH WHERE ADB_L_DELIVERY_STATUS = 'N' ORDER BY ADB_SEQUENCE.

Resolution:

Driver error code 251 corresponds to 'Optional Feature not implemented'.

To correct this issue, change the value of the property "EnableTimestampWithTimeZone" and “EnableNcharSupport” from 0 to 1 in the odbc.ini file for the DSN [tibcoOracle].

Check whether you are using any unsupported datatypes.
Refer to the user guide -> Chapter 8(Advanced Features) -> Data types for the supported datatypes.
