PROBLEM
=========
Installations that use TCP/IP Address Space name that is other than the default are required to specify this name in Relay XML file. However,  this override is not honored causing OSB to attempt to use the default name (typically "TCPIP") and the attempt then fails with ERRNO=1011.

Messages which indicate a stack name error may include:

       S6BRA005E Initialization of TCP/IP communications RELAY task failed
       S6BRA012E Connection to node "nnnnnnnn" failed; CONNECT socket request failed with errno=1011
       S6BRA040E Connection to TCP/IP interface failed with errno=1011

SOLUTION
=========
Please track JIRA issue OSBZ-1275 for the availability of a fix for this problem.

The fix for this problem is:
   AP13521  Correct S6BRE012 relay number
to be delivered in a future hotfix for TIBCO Object Service Broker for z/OS 5.2.0.
