Repeating of the 'Accept' header fields was not supported on the incoming HTTP(S) requests.

Symptoms:
=========
BC 5.3.1 fails to process multiple 'Accept' header fields on incoming HTTP(S) requests.  BC 5.3.0 would accept these fields without error.

BC 5.3.1 throws the following exception

org.xml.sax.SAXException: validation error: unexpected content "Accept"; expected "Accept-Charset" or "Accept-Encoding" or "Content-Type" or "Content-Length" or "Connection" or "Cookie" or "Pragma"   ({com.tibco.xml.validation}COMPLEX_E_UNEXPECTED_CONTENT) at /ProcessStarterOutput[1]/Headers[1]/Accept[2]

Cause:

The fix CR: 1-A6DISB has not been added to 5.3.1 so BC 5.3.1 fails in this scenario.

Resolution:
=========
Either downgrade to BC 5.3.0 or upgrade to BC 5.3.2 to resolve this issue.
