Does the TIBCO Service Gateway™ for IDMS/DB release 5.2 support CA IDMS™/DB r17?

Response:

As yet TIBCO has not verified TIBCO Service Gateway™ for IDMS/DB 5.2 with CA IDMS™/DB r17. We have no reason to believe that Release 5.2 will have any problems with CA IDMS™/DB r17.

All support calls will be accepted if a customer installs CA IDMS™/DB r17 and runs TIBCO Service Gateway™ for IDMS/DB Release 5.2 prior to our verification process. Where a suspected problem is the CA IDMS™/DB r17 component, TIBCO will work with the customer to resolve the problem.
