Agent hangs when process Database.Templates.templateQuery() - timeout parameter required.
Cause:

Add the following TRA property to set a timeout value.
be.dbconcepts.templates.query.sqltimeout=<timeoutInSeconds>
NOTE:
"ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation" error is thrown when timeout is reached.
