You can limit the RV messages to the local host by using the loopback address (127.0.0.1) in the network parameter when creating the transport.  When specifying the loopback address in the first part of the network transport parameter, messages will be kept within the local machine only. Messages will not be forwarded outside the local machine and messages will not be forwarded from other machines to the local machine.  Only the machine itself can receive the messages.  No other machines in the same subnet can receive messages.
