No. BE 4.x is independent of TRA/Admin however, if you want to deploy a BE application in admin then you need to install TRA/Admin and BE with the same user account (Unix). It is also necessary to install TRA/Admin before installing BE 4.x on all OS's because 

- If BE 4.x is installed on a machine that does not have any prior TIBCO Products installed it does not create a vpd.properties file.

- If BE 4.x is installed after installing TRA/Admin then it will update the vpd.properties file with BE 4.x entries. Hawk will detect BE and display it in the Admin UI under Installed Softwares. Otherwise, it will not show and will not be able to deploy the BE application as the BE plug-in will not be detected.

Can we install TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) / TIBCO Administrator (Admin) etc. and BusinessEvents (BE) 4.x with a different user account on Unix?
