Cause:
=======
This issue is related to the order of loading RV Client classes, where on some 64-bit systems, other jar files can take precedence and cause the problem.


Resolution:
==========
Use the steps below to resolve the problem.

1). Open bwengine.tra and find tibco.env.STD_EXT_CP.  
2). Replace %RV_HOME%/lib entry with %RV_HOME%/lib/tibrvj.jar.
3). Redeploy the application in Administrator.

“Publish Rendezvous Message” activity sends message with empty content.
