How can we use  the TIBCO iProcess™Palette -&gtTIBCO iProcess™Forms Keep or Release" within  TIBCO  BusinessWorks™ 's  process  in TIBCO  Designer .

OR

I would like to use the "TIBCO iProcess™Forms Keep or Release"  Palette , but it seems that this step is always greyed out/inactive in the designer.

Environment:

TIBCO Runtime Agent(TRA) 5.7.x , TIBCO Designer 5.7.x ,TIBCO iProcess™ BusinessWorks™ Connector, TIBCO BusinessWorks Formbuilder.

Resolution:

You will need to install the TIBCO iProcess™ BusinessWorks Connector Plug-in. When you install the TIBCO iProcess™ Technology Plug-ins you have an option to include TIBCO BusinessWorks iProcess™ Plug-in (check the NOTE  below)  during the install.

For more details refer to the  "TIBCO iProcess BusinessWorks™ Connector User’s Guide" -- >  chapter 7:Using the TIBCO  iProcess™Palette to Design Forms. This describes in detail how you can use the TIBCO iProcess™ Forms keep or release activity.

TIBCO iProcess™ BusinessWorks Connector User’s Guide, which explains how to  use the iProcess BusinessWorks Connector plug-ins, an efficient and easy to use interface between TIBCO BusinessWorks™ and the iProcess Engine. The iProcess BusinessWorks Connector consists of a client plug-in (which is part of the iProcess Workspace Plug-ins), a server plug-in (which is part of the iProcess Technology Plug-ins), and a BusinessWorks plug-in (which is also part of the iProcess Technology Plug-ins).

To enable/activate  TIBCO iProcess™Forms Keep or Release"  we need to use it in FormFlow process of  TIBCO BusinessWorks™ FormBuilder in TIBCO Designer .Please refer TIBCO BusinessWorks™ FormBuilder. User's Guide - > Chapter 2 Installing BusinessWorks FormBuilder. You cannot use TIBCO iProcess™Forms Keep or Release"  in normal  TIBCO BusinessWorks™ process defination , TIBCO iProcess™Forms Keep or Release"  in designer  will always be inactive/grayed out.


NOTE : TIBCO BusinessWorks iProcess™ Plug-in - This plug-in provides a set of resources that allow a TIBCO BusinessWorks process definition to communicate with the TIBCO iProcess Engine. This plug-in was previously available together with the iProcess BusinessWorks Server Plug-in as part of the TIBCO iProcess BusinessWorks Connector.
