TIBCO BusinessConnect 5.3.3 adds support for AIX 6.1. The product documentation currently lists AIX 5.2 and AIX 5.3. The purpose of this LBN is to amend the documentation to include support for AIX 6.1 with the 64-bit version, where applicable.
This support will apply to the following versions:
BusinessConnect 5.3.3 and above
BusinessConnect EDI Protocol Powered by Instream 6.3 and above
The following products are NOT covered by this annoucement:
BusinessConnect EDI Protocol 5.4.0 and above
BusinessConnect EDI Protocol Healthcare Edition 5.3.0 and above
BusinessConnect RosettaNet Protocol 5.2.0 and above
BusinessConnect cXML Protocol 5.0.0 and above
BusinessConnect ebXML Protocol 5.0.0 and above
BusinessConnect Remote 5.0.0 and above
No configuration changes are required to use AIX 6.1, and there are no known issues resulting from its use.
