Cause:

Defect BE-12146 (serverType set to TOMCAT for the HTTP channel).

Resolution:
========
Change the serverType for the HTTP channel to "Built-In".

SOAP request with HTTP.sendRequest() or HTTP.sendAsyncRequest() fails.
