When attempting the installation the following error is generated:
- TIBINS202802: Error:    ERROR: No product installation configuration files were located.

Cause:
======

This error is usually due to the user launching the installer without the rest of the files from the installation package. This can be caused by a lack of read/write installation directory permissions for the user or the user changed directories and attempted to move some of the installation files to the new directory and do the installation from the new directory rather than the original one.

Resolution:
===========

1).  Confirm that the user has read/write/execute permissions for the installation directory.

2).  Confirm that the user does not try to do the installation from a different installation directory after relocating the install files.

NOTE:  It is never recommended to physically relocate an established TIBCO installation directory. While there may be situations where it may work, it may also be the source of potential problems for your environment in the future.
