Symptoms:
=========
When a request to schedule a PSB is made which is not available to DRA, internally a S0C4 abend may be detected in the TIBCO Service Gateway™ for IMS/DB gateway server region, within module HRNDRSFA which contains the DRA resume exit, PSCHRSUM. This S0C4 may not be externalized but other messages and abends may be detected including but not limited to:

* DFS3905W IMS DUMP REQUEST ERROR - P SDUMP PROCESSING ERROR, RC=8-00B  
* DFS3932I IMS DUMP REQUEST COMPLETED - RETURN CODE = 048                
* IAT1600 JOB IMSEDRA (JOB#####) LINES EXCEEDED                                                
* IEC030I B37-04,IFG0554A,IMSEDRA,IMSEDRA,SYSUDUMP,nnnn,vvvvvv,&ltHLQNONV>.&ltSLQ>.IMSSDUMP

Cause:
======
The TIBCO Service Gateway™ DRA logic has an error and does not handle a PSB load failure correctly resulting in a S0C4 storage access exception and abend. This failure is hidden but can result in external messages such as shown above. This problem is described by TIBCO Service Gateway™ for IMS/DB problem report SGIM-24.

Workaround:
===========
This failure can be avoided by ensuring that the correct PSB is specified for each IMS table accessed through the TIBCO Service Gateway™ for IMS/DB. The actual PSB must be configured within the IMS DBCTL region to which the OSB DRA gateway is attached.

Resolution:
===========
Customers experiencing this type of failure should open a service request with TIBCO Support and request notification when the fix for SGIM-24 has been delivered.
