Resolution:
You need to have the full certificate chain included in the p12 file that you are trying to import into BusinessConnect. If the p12 file does not contain the full certificate chain, try importing the p12 file into a browser (such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer). Then export the key with the full certificate chain from the browser. The exported file will import into BusinessConnect correctly.
