TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) 4.0.1 has been uninstalled but when try to reinstall version BE 4.0 the installer reports that a newer version exist already in TIBCO_HOME (version 4.0.1).

There are no references in vpd.properties.&lthostname> for the old BE 4.0.1 installation.

Symptoms:
=========
Installation of BE 4.0 will fail - Installer reports that a newer version exist in TIBCO_HOME

Cause:
======
The setup reports the error when some files exist for a newer version of the product in the directory:

TIBCO_HOME/_installInfo/businessevents-<*>.xml


Resolution:
========
There are two options to install BusinessEvents 4.0.

1.) Use a new TIBCO_HOME directory for the installation.

2.) Delete the old XML files (TIBCO_HOME/_installInfo/businessevents-<*>.xml) and run the setup again.

TIBCO BusinessEvents Installation fails if installed after uninstalling an existing TIBCO BusinessEvents installation under the same TIBCO_HOME .
