TIBCO BusinessConnect™ receives the EDI message from trading partner. The state for the EDI transaction stays in ERROR_REPORT_TO_PP and never goes to the TXN_VALIDATION_COMPLETE state and REQUEST_TO_PP state. No EDI to XML conversion is performed and there is no information in the BC log. This only occurs on a Linux machine.

Make sure that the "Prerequisites for Linux RedHat" are in place as documented in the TIBCO BusinessConnect™ EDI Protocol powered by Instream® Installation guide under the chapter "Installation" in the section "Installing on Unix Systems".  An incorrect library installation will cause the above situation to occur.
