TIBCOUniversalInstaller-hpux-hppa.bin -console –is:noverifyjava true
If the above command doesn't work, please use
TIBCOUniversalInstaller-hpux-hppa.bin -console –is:noverifyjava true –is:log jvm.out, then send the jvm.out to Tibco Support.
