This solution addresses an issue whereby a TRA 5.5.3 user might suddenly no longer able to open projects from XML Canon in Designer. When the user tries to open a project, Designer will freeze and ultimately time out. Clearing the user’s cache resolves the issue temporarily and so does a new user accessing projects from the same machine with TRA 5.5.3.
