Description:

The TIBCO Host component is not upgraded by the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM 1.2.0 when upgrading from TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM 1.1.x that has TIBCO ActiveMatrix Platform 3.1.2 HF4, HF5 or HF6 applied to it.

Environment:

TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM 1.2.0 upgraded from TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM 1.1.x that has TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Platform 3.1.2 HF4, HF5 or HF6 applied to it.

Symptoms:
=========
1). Build log or admcmdline.log will contain the lines:
[hpa.client.UpgradeHost] Host not upgraded, current and desired versions are the
same.

2). tibcohost describeHost shows host platform version 3.1.2.HF4, 3.1.2.HF5 or 3.1.2.HF6 instead of 3.1.3
Running the "$CONFIG_HOME/tibcohost/instancename/host/bin]tibcohost describeHost" command will result in output that looks as follows. Note that the "Host platform version:" will display 3.1.2.HF4, 3.1.2.HF5 or 3.1.2.HF6 depending on which HF has been applied.

The version of the assembly, product_tibco_com_tibco_amf_tibcohost, packaged in ActiveMatrix BPM 1.2 installer is lower than that packaged in ActiveMatrix Platform 3.1.2 HF4, HF5 or HF6 installer.

Resolution:
===========
LBN1-CU0X9H details TIB_amx_3.1.3_hotfixAMX-10629 which must be applied.
