Latest versions of TIBCO Adapter (R) products, such as TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Adapter for Database 6.0.0, TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Adapter for SAP 6.1.0, cannot be found in the version list when logging a new service request on the TIBCO Support Web site. Where can they be found or when will they be added?

Symptoms:

When logging a new service request (SR) from the TIBCO Support Web site (support.tibco.com), against any of the TIBCO Adapters listed above, the latest adapter version cannot be found. For example, for the TIBCO Adapter(TM) for SAP R/3, the latest adapter version found is 5.4.0.

Cause:
=====
TIBCO Adapters were renamed to TIBCO ActiveMatrix adapters when TIBCO ActiveMatrix adapter components were introduced. All product versions after this product rename are associated with the new names, TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapters for ..., including the classic / standalone versions of the adapters that are not being used with ActiveMatrix.

To log SRs against TIBCO Adapter(TM) for Files versions 5.6.0 and later, select "TIBCO ActiveMatrix" product and choose "TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for Files" on the next page.

To log SRs against TIBCO Adapter(TM) for ActiveDatabase versions 5.5.0 and later, select "TIBCO ActiveMatrix" product and choose "TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for Database" on the next page.

To log SRs against TIBCO Adapter(TM) for SAP R/3 versions 5.5.0 and later, select "TIBCO ActiveMatrix" product and choose "TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for SAP" on the next page.

To log SRs against TIBCO Adapter(TM) for IBM AS/400 versions 6.0.0 and later, select "TIBCO ActiveMatrix" product and choose "TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for IBM i" on the next page.
