Symptoms:

Administrator GUI still shows old HTTP port after port has been changed in the file
&ltTIBCO_HOME>/administrator/domain/&ltdomain-name>/tomcat/conf/server.xml

Cause:
======
If changing the HTTP Connector port in the file
&ltTIBCO_HOME>/administrator/domain/&ltdomain-name>/tomcat/conf/server.xml

The port is not updated in file &ltTIBCO_HOME>/administrator/5.x/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/index.js

Administrator GUI is still configured to the old port when you use http://machine:newport

Resolution:
=========
Use TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) DomainUtility GUI to change the ports (DomainUtility GUI -> Server Settings -> Change Tomcat Web-Server Ports)  

OR

After changing the port/s via &ltTIBCO_HOME>/administrator/domain/&ltdomain-name>/tomcat/conf/server.xml

You must change the port in the file index.js  under &ltTIBCO_HOME>/administrator/5.x/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/
