As per the readme file for BE 3.0.2, it does support RAC mode of Oracle 11g. It should support Backing Store, DBConcepts and Stored Procedures as well.

Also, while moving from old non-RAC single instance Oracle to the RAC mode of 11g, you do not have to change anything in the current project or its TRA properties.

The following is the format of a DB URL configuration in the TRA file in case of an 11g RAC connection:
