In  TIBCO BusinessEvents, Rules do not fire when the Scorecards properties are used in conditions .
Environment:

TIBCO BusinessEvents 3.x, 4.x and 5.0.0 releases
All Platforms and OS.

Symptoms:
=========

Rules are not evaluated when the scorecard properties are used in the condition of the rule.

Cause:
=====

TIBCO BusinessEvents scorecard's are a special type of concept and need to be  loaded explicitly for evaluation. In order to be used in rule conditions, they need to be  configured as "memory only" or "cache+ memory".

Resolution:
=========

Override the  Scorecards in the CDD to "memory only" or "cache+ memory" so that it will be available in the working memory for the rules to get evaluated.
