We are moving services to a new host and enable authorization. The server password has been set in tibemsd.conf but no one remembers it.  Is there a way to decrypt the existing server password so that it doesn't have to be reset?

We do not have any tools to decrypt the existing password. You can remove the encrypted password in the tibemsd.conf file before starting the EMS server on the new host. After the EMS server is started, you can set the server password by using the following command via the tibemsadmin tool:

set server password=&ltpassword>
