This message indicates that the peer has gone between the time the connection is initiated and the time the server is about to send a response to the protocol message.
To investigate this issue further, provide TIBCO Support with the following information for review:
1). Enable the CONNECT,CONNECT_ERROR and send the log file which covers the problem period for review. The “Disconnected” logging may help narrow down the reason for the disconnection.
2). Send the main configuration log and factories.conf file for review. We would like to see your connection factory configuration and if you are using the following parameters
client_heartbeat_server =
server_timeout_client_connection =
server_heartbeat_client =
client_timeout_server_connection =

3). If you can reproduce the problem, run “tcpdump –w <output file> -s 2000 –i <NIC name used by EMS server>” on the EMS server box and send the output file which covered the problem period for review.
4). CPU/Memory usage for the client application process/system and EMS server process/system. We would like to take a look if you have any resource issues.
5). Does only one application have the problem or are there more clients connected to the same EMS server which have the problem.
