EMS 6.1 uses a new version of installer - UniversalInstaller 2.9.

Refer to &ltEMS610_HOME>\_uninstall\README_UNINSTALL.txt for more information about the installer.

You can uninstall EMS 6.1 in GUI, console, or silent mode.

The following procedure is for uninstalling on Linux.  First go to &ltEMS610_HOME>/tools/universal_uninstaller.

1). In GUI mode:

./TIBCOUniversalInstaller-lnx-x86.bin

2). In console mode:

./TIBCOUniversalInstaller-lnx-x86.bin -console

3). In silent mode:

./TIBCOUniversalInstaller-lnx-x86.bin -V uninstallProductID="ems" -V uninstallProductVersion="6.1.0" -V uninstallTIBCOHome="/opt/tibco" -silent

On other platforms, use the correct installer file to uninstall EMS 6.1.
