.NET Compact Framework API which could be used to develop applications for hand held devices. Support for .NET Compact Framework API TIBCO.EMS-CF.dll was discontinued as of the EMS 6.1 release.

.NET Compact Framework API TIBCO.EMS-CF.dll is discontinued in favor of more complete alternatives "TIBCO Web Messaging for TIBCO Enterprise Message Service™"

With the introduction of HTML5, the ability to provide rich client support in web based/mobile  applications has changed and HTML5 can provide a significantly better user experience of native API support. Because of this, we provided  the TIBCO Web Messaging Product "TIBCO WEB MESSAGING FOR TIBCO ENTERPRISE MESSAGE SERVICE"  that extends TIBCO EMS to web based  and mobile based applications using a protocol that allows for rich, light weight communications without sacrificing the user experience and JMS delivery expectations.
