On a Linux server with RMS, if a decision table contains too many rows, sometimes the decision table could be corrupted after multiple commits/approval. Generation of ear file also fails.
Environment:

TIBCO BusinessEvents - 4.x
OS - Linux
Cause:

This may be because of the complexity of the rules/RFs which result in a deeply nested AST for which the default stack size settings are not sufficient.
Resolution:

Increase the JVM stack size. i.e., in the be-rms.tra file add the property to increase it to 1MB: -Xss1m
