Refer to the following configuration in details if you encounter the error "JMS error clientId already exists" when running TIBCO ActiveMatrix(R) Adapter for Siebel.

Specify one unique Client ID value for any session related to JMS, such as “DefaultJmsQueueSession”, “DefaultJmsTopicSession”, or“JmsIntegrationDefaultSession” in your Designer project (&ltProject_Name> > SiebelAdapterConfiguration > Advanced > Sessions).
