A chart is empty or blank even though it should have data.
Environment:

All platforms; BE 5.x
Symptoms:

Use of the filter editor to change the chart query/data source parameters in the past.
Cause:
=====
After changing query/data source parameters with the filter editor a copy of the chart being changed (with the new values) it is saved and then the parameters may not be valid the next time you the chart is used.
The information is saved in the value of "be.agent.dashboard.mal.storage.file.root" of the CDD file. This directory should be empty. If looking at the CDD in Studio then look for the value of "Personalized Data Location" under "dashboard-agent-class".
