Resolution:
When deploying TIBCO Secure WebService in a domain whose information is stored in a database where the transport is EMS, BusinessWorks throws the error: “The WSSE error code 121908”.

Description:
========
TIBCO Secure WebService configured using Authentication as username and password token.

1). When deployed in a local domain whose domain information was stored in file, a request through SOAPUI is successful.

2). When deployed in another domain whose domain information was stored in a database where the transport is EMS, it fails with the same request through the SOAPUI. The error thrown is, “The WSSE error code 121908”.

Environment:

When using BW 5.10.0 and 5.12.0, the error occurs. With BW version 5.9.x, the error is not reported.

Resolution:
=======
Add the  “%RV_HOME%/lib/tibrvj.jar”  entry to the beginning of the property “tibco.env.STD_CP_EXT” in the deployed tra file.
