Clicking on the install.bat may cause a window to flash or the installation may hang and have to be killed by using the Windows Task Manager.
Environment:

Windows 7 on 64-bit platform.
Symptoms:

If you run in console mode then you may eventually get the error of "The wizard cannot continue because of the following error: could not load wizard specified in /wizard.inf (104)".
Cause:
=====
The installation will not work with a 64-bit version of Java. A 32-bit of Java is needed to do the installation and is only needed for the installation.
Resolution:

Install 32-bit Java 6 on Windows to do the installation.
