No. In one cluster, TIBCO BusinessEvents will have only one inference agent to handle the timeout event of the state machine, even when there are multiple inference agents in the cluster.
When there are a lot of timeout events at the same time, if the inference agent encounters any interruption in the middle of processing these events, the remaining ones will lose. Which agent will handle the timeout events is not configurable.
