Decison Manager component in TIBCO BussinessEvents Version 3.0 had a limitation of 64KB for the DecisionManager class files. This limitation does not exist in newer versions (TIBCO BusinessEvents 4.0.x and newer). The only limitation in newer versions is enforced by Java - the method size  <= 64k which means that a column in a DecisionTable can hold max. is 64k.
