Cause:
======

New Application Configuration “Deployment Name” is empty or does not include the name of the Domain.

Resolution:
=========
Include the name of the Domain in the ‘Deployment Name” when making a configuration change after the EAR file is uploaded.

Error: "Repo instance name not specified" while uploading .ear files.
