CPU usage high for TIBCO BusinessEvents InferenceAgent.
Cause:

Product issue (CR BE-18025)
Resolution:
========
Add CDD property be.stats.enabled and set it to false to disable statistics (visible in JMX-MBean).

Note: This issue was fixed in BE 5.1.1HF3
