?Description
=========
A customer deploys a BW project in TIBCO Administrator GUI and selects the option of the Service Instance level -> Server Settings -> NT Service -&gtcheck "Run as NT service", however, the BW engine can be started from the command line but not from the NT service.

Environment

TIBCO Product name and version: TIBCO Administrator™
Operating System(s) impacted: All

?Resolution
=========
One of the possible reasons is when checking the above configuration, the user provided does not have the appropriate authority to start the NT service. If the BW engine can be started from the command line then check which user it used to log into that Windows machine and try to use that user to deploy the project or assign the appropriate privilege to the user and try again.
