Permission requirements for database user account created to run generated backing store scripts in database.

The generated backing store scripts are supported to run with any user privilege provided the user account has permissions to drop and create table/indexes, i.e., there is no restrictions and it is not necessary for the created BE_USER account to have DBA rights .
