If using Client acknowledge mode and setting MaxJobs = 1, FlowLimit = 1, MaxSessions = 1 and Queue prefetch = 5, the number of outbound messages is much higher than that of inbound messages.
If using Client acknowledge mode and setting MaxJobs = 1, FlowLimit = 1, MaxSessions = 1 and Queue prefetch = 5, the number of outbound messages is much higher than that of inbound messages.

Resolution
Tune the values of Flowlimit and prefetch to make them compatible. For example, if you have a strict requirement for Flowlimit you can disable the EMS prefetch using prefetch=none.
