At Object Service Broker (OSB) R6.0 certain IMS access requests may fail with the above abend code in the IMS Gateway

Environment:

o All OSB R6.0 customers, both z/OS and open systens, running Tibco Service Gateway for IMS on z/OS using VSAM LSR databases.

Symptoms:
=========
Abends in the Gateway address space with SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0E0 REASON CODE=00000028

Cause:
======
This is a bug in the IBM code that is documented in PM79769: "ABEND0E0 REASON CODE 028 IN DFSCPY40 BECAUSE ACCESS REGISTER 13 HAS NOT BEEN CLEARED."
We do not exactly match PM79769 because it talks about Access Registers (ARs) being set by a diagnostic tool.
In our case OSB at R6.0 has been validly using AR13.

Resolution:
===========
Contact IBM for the fixing PTF for PM79769.
PM79769 was only closed in January 2013 so it's likely most customers will NOT have it applied.
The IBM code in DFSCPY40 has been changed to clear AR13 before calling CSRCE in AR mode.
