Newly added decision table rows get disabled after being imported from Excel file.

Environment:
==========
TIBCO BusinessEvents 4.0.1 HF7 and higher
TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.1.0 and higher

Symptoms:
=========
After exporting a decision table to an Excel file, if the user adds some new rows(rules) in the Excel file, after importing the decision table from this Excel file the newly added decision table rows are shown as "disable".

Resolution:
===========
In the Excel, check the Locked option for the newly added lines:
Select the newly added cells -> Format cells -&gtProtection

"Locked" represents "disable" and "unLocked" represents "enable".

If the cells are "Locked",  uncheck the Locked option and then import with the modified Excel:
Select the newly added cells -> Format cells -&gtProtection -&gtUncheck the Locked option
