Symptoms:

If BE4.0.0 is installed as your base version, running the help command (-h) when trying to execute studio.tools.exe –h causes the “Import Excel File “option not to appear.
Resolution:

You need to install TIBCO BusinessEvents 4.0.1 from the downloads.tibco.com site on top of your base version. Ensure that no hotfix is installed on top. After installation of BE4.0.1 run the command "studio-tools.exe –h" in your Linux environment and this should bring up the Import Excel file option.
