TIBCO BusinessConnect 5.X.X and 6.X.X all versions

Multiple BC engines are running the batch poller at the same time. This has been an issue with BC 5.3.3 installation. Try adding this property into all of the interior engine TRA files:
java.property.bc.useFLock=false
This will cause BC to use the DBLOCK table in the BC database for a locking mechanism rather than a file system. Restart BC to take this into effect.
