Attempting to adjust the directories in a project by draging and dropping concepts to a different folder. After that, Studio could not build the ear file correctly and threw a NullpointException.

Cause:

References were broken after dragging and dropping object defintions.
Resolution:

Drag and drop is not supported in Studio. The right way is using Refactor:
1). right click on the concept/event
2). select refactor -> move
3). select new position in project
Always use this refactor option if you want to do any changes to the project.
